02Align on scope
Confirm modules: Core HR, payroll, attendance & leave, holidays, documents, letters, policies, and project worklogs if needed—plus target go-live against your payroll calendar.
03Migrate and validate
Import employees and structures with validation reports. Run at least one parallel payroll or attendance cycle before cutover.
04Train and launch
Enable managers and employees with role-specific training. Refine leave, attendance, and payroll cutoffs in the first pay cycles after go-live.
